A thick spice paste based on Kashmiri chillies grown in Sun sodden valleys fed by natural waters of the Himalaya, with shallot, ginger and other selected spices and edible oil, locally referred to as WAR is a complete spice for any Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian mouth watering preparations like, Rajma, Chole, Shahi Paneer, Dham Aloo, Kadhai Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, Mutton handi, Rogan Josh, Korma and many more. Being oil based Masala Tikki has a good shelf life of about 12 months. The spice mix is 100% vegetarian and there fore can be used by both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food lovers. The spice can also be used as taste enhauncer in already cooked preparations.
